Sinclair Zike charger

Recently I bought a Sinclair Zike which has been on somebody's attic for a long time. It looks very nice and I can use it just as a bike, but the charger is broken. Several components inside the charger are burned and not to be identified anymore

So now I'm searching for a Sinclair Zike charger or the schematics.
Can somebody help me with this, so I can enjoy my Zike more?
