This is one of Perran Newman's recommended mods.
He recommends that the op-amp supply voltage source should be changed from 12v to 5v. I have made a drawing of the simplest and quickest way to achieve this.
The op-amp is located on the CB PCB.

Just one word of [color=red]warning[/color], do not apply too much heat when soldering, otherwise the copper lands can lift of the board.
