Hi All, I designed this up a while ago and was thinking of committing it to plastic. What do you think? Would a 3D printed version of this be strong enough on a C5 motor? Perhaps there could be some changes to the design to make it stronger?

I don't think it would be strong enough in the long run
I can't see the teeth lasting that long
But you never know I think it would need beta testing to be sure

I'll keep the design until I get my hands on a 3d printer that can print metal

Looks the part Dan, I would be surprised if 3D printing would be strong enough to cope.
