After a suggestion from Chas, here is a slightly different, plastic version, of the handlebar grommet.  As the original one was rubber I have added 3 clips underneath to secure it to the C5 body.  Will need to test it later in the week.  Others are welcome to test too, just drop me a PM:

Ah yes, I should have thought about the horn wire.  As I don't have a horn, is the wire a similar thickness to the motor switch wire?  Will get another hole put on

Hi there Dan, that looks great and I would certainly be happy to buy one if your testing goes well, as Chas was asking one with 4 holes would be great for me, my horn switch is on the edge of seat not the handlebar, but I would need 4 holes, 2 for brake cables, one for my 3 speed gear cable and I could route my 12/24v wires through the fourth hole, look forward to getting one in the near future, is there no end to your talents !!?? Really well done, you seem to get so much done so quickly!
