I've had a couple of Volvos. One had a sun roof, I didn't have a crash helmet, so for safety's sake I had to take it of the road.

What on earth happened to the forum yesterday?

I tried to call up the forum but received an error report, I could get into the home page then into all the other sections, but not the forum.

I then tried to send Dan an email (twice) to report the problem, but they was returned as undeliverable. Then I tried to call up the home page again, only to find that this was now down as well.

After several attempts to get into the forum, over a period of about three hours, I gave it up as a bad job.

I gave up as well

Sorry yes there was an issue with the site yesterday/this morning which is fixed. Sorry about that but these things do happen and I try to fix them as soon as possible.

I'll skip the technical details but the forum had to be restored from a previous backup so a few recent posts may be missing. I'll have a look at getting them re-instated.
