3D Printing Files
A simple replacement for the often-lost boot clip! Easy to print, no supports needed.
Replacement rear-wheel centre caps. These are best printed vertically as shown in the picture with supports.
A straight replacement for the chain tensioner clip which is easily lost. Easy to print, no supports needed.
Allows you to connect a cooling fan to the C5's motor to help keep it cool. Is printed in 2 parts, the main unit and separate legs that connect to the motor.
A simple replacement for the plastic frame inserts. Needs to be printed with supports enabled.
This is a replacement for the rubber hi-viz mast cap. Can be printed without supports.
This allows the original keyswitch adapter to be connected to a modern battery. For more information see this article.
This is an attempt to recreate the mirror brackets, they can be printed without any supports.
This hasn't been tested but was modelled on an original cap so may be useful. Can be printed without supports when orientated like I have it in the picture.
Another one I never got around to testing but I am including them here should anyone want to try and recreate a full side panel kit. This will need to be printed with supports enabled.
A bottom bracket spanner kindly provided by Paul Topping. Suggested printing in PETG but anything will work. Prints without supports.
