help help have got c5 ,rear drive wheel has nothing in the center, whats missing , any photos please.........

161269271999 and 161232127042
One is for the left hand side ane the other right side ..You will need the brake plate +bearing cups and the bearings for the right ..On the other side you need the star nut + bolt ..
