Pleased to have arrived home today with a C5. Been busy putting together a shopping list, not too large currently but then until the battery is charged tomorrow I will not know if the instrument panel and control box are ok.
I look forward to more posts as I improve it and/or need more help.

Hi Dan & Dave and thanks for the offers of help. Having read almost everything on the forum over the last couple of weeks I have seen all the help offered, and yes Dave I learnt you were in Hull, I am in a village near Scunthorpe so you are probably the nearest. Although of course you are the wrong side of the Humber LOL. Must be your C5 which won the City of Culture for Hull.

City of what ? They are in for a shock looks a sh-t hole as you come down the a63 into town lol any pics yet ray ?

Thanks Chas, with all the good intentions of members on the forum I'm sure I will be ok. Will not rush restoration, after all a couple of hours/day work in retirement is fine.
